American. She studied successively at the School of the Pittsburgh Youth Ballet, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and the School of American Ballet . She was coached by Roberto Munoz, Tatiana Terekova, Sergei Berejnoi and Tatiana Legat. She won in 1994 the gold medal at the Rudolf Nureyev Competition in Budapest / Hungary and the Silver Medal at the International Ballet Competition in Jackson / Usa . Principal Dancer at the Boston Ballet and then at the Suzanne Farrell Ballet, she danced leading roles of classical ballets and also contemporary works of Nacho Duato, William Forsythe and George Balanchine.

Since she joined les Ballets de Monte-Carlo in August 2004, she has danced, among others, major roles in Jean-Christophe Maillot's creations such as the fairy in Cinderella, Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, and has created the role of Helena in le Songe.
